For a little over nine years, 1st Choice Solutions has been actively helping homes and businesses all around the country during catastrophic times. We have been known for our impeccable results and respectable customer service. As a business, we believe that each one of our service consumers deserves the very best of us- and we work the extra mile to make sure that happens.

When 1st Choice began in 2009 there was one of many goals in mind: to change lives and the restoration and reconstruction industry. In catastrophic events like that of hurricane Sandy (2012), the Louisiana flooding (2016) and even more recent events like hurricanes Harvey and Maria (2017), 1st Choice Solutions kept that promise by restoring the homes and businesses of many of the affected areas.

So, how do we do it? With you in mind, of course. We take our promises seriously and make sure to get any job done right. Thank you so much to 1st choice, especially Adan Balbuena from the construction team and Roberto Rodriguez from the initial response team. First Choice was responsive to everything, took care of it and did so faster than any contractors I've ever worked with and with a focus on quality. While this is not a service you ever expect to need, 1st Choice Solutions helped make a traumatic situation bearable. They arrived on time for the initial meeting and walked me through the entire process. Everyone was extremely pleasant and very professional and respectful. The cleaning aspect of the job was efficient and thorough. And the repair and painting was done in exactly the tight time frame I needed them to respect. By the time they finished the job, you would never have imagined the original condition of the house. They were all great. Much appreciated.
